Due to federal safety regulations, we are unable to remove or transport hazardous materials—including paint, chemicals, herbicides, or anything labeled as dangerous or toxic.

While our pricing is volume-based and all-inclusive, there are certain situations where additional charges may apply:

Tire Disposal: Recycling tires comes with an added fee.
Heavy or Specialty Items: Hot tubs, pianos, sheds, and playsets may require extra labor and resources.
Difficult Access: Long distances from the truck, limited parking, or more than three flights of stairs may influence pricing.
Loose or Scattered Items: If items need to be bagged, gathered, or sorted, labor costs may increase.
Hoarding Situations: Cleanouts vary based on size, condition, and complexity—custom quotes apply.
Disassembly Required: Items that need to be dismantled before removal may result in added charges.
Restricted Access: Limited entry points or challenging access can affect the total cost.

HEAVY Junk Removal Pricing

Bed Load Rates

For jobs involving heavy materials such as concrete, bricks, dirt, and ceramic, we use bed load pricing. Due to the substantial weight of these items, bed loads can only be filled up to one foot high to ensure safe transport and avoid exceeding legal weight limits. This restriction is essential for protecting our trucks, maintaining road safety, and adhering to local regulations. If a load surpasses the one-foot limit or includes mixed materials, additional charges may apply. We recommend separating heavy debris from general waste to avoid extra fees and ensure efficient service.
